Jan is amazing. We have used Jan for multiple transactions over the past 18 years and that is because she is so good/wonderful. She goes over and beyond the call of duty…literally!! She is kind, thoughtful, smart about how to write offers, price our properties, staging, helping us think through offers we have received etc. She is strategic, smart and not afraid to tell you what you need to hear. We can’t say enough about how much we care for her and admire her skill set. She earns every penny she is paid and should probably make even more!!!! Thanks Jan…we love you.
